We will ask you to talk confidentially and openly to us so that we learn what you're seeking from a new role, what your personal goals and aspirations are and the type of company you are looking to join and are best suited to. We achieve success in placing people because we find out as much about you as possible and understand what it is you are really looking for and then match this to an appropriate role. You'll find that we are well connected to many companies so we can advise on the most appropriate fit for you.

Our primary discussions must ultimately revolve around your past successes so obviously, we'll need to see your CV and talk through your background. After that we'll discuss with you how best to proceed and this usually involves arranging to meet with one of our Consultants. Please be assured we won't send your CV to any client without first seeking your approval.

Interim managers will need a Limited Company to invoice us through as we will be unable to add you to our PAYE scheme.
