What are our Terms and Conditions of Business?
Highstar Associates agree terms and conditions covering our business dealings with our Clients. These do not apply to our Candidates in a financial sense as Candidates engage with us freely however all are encouraged to read and understand our terms and conditions. Do I need a CV?
Absolutely! This is your showcase to the world of what you have done and achieved in your working life. It is a good idea to pay careful attention to your CV as it will help you remember and focus on what you have achieved.
What type of jobs do you offer?
We operate at senior level in specific sectors so we may not be the correct consultancy for you. Our homepage sets out our mission statement so please take a look.
Will I be aware of who you will be sending copy of my CV?
Absolutely! We will always gain your permission before sending clients a copy of your CV and we will keep you posted of the outcome.
How will you decide which jobs or assignments are suitable for me?
We won't decide for you. During our initial discussions with you, we will encourage you to be open-minded about available opportunities, particularly if you are changing sectors or undecided about the role you want. We will then discuss this with you and with your agreement introduce you to our clients.
What happens if you don't have any positions available?
Our Consultants will actively search for appropriate opportunities for you that match your experience and we will contact you as soon as anything suitable becomes available. It is important to remember that we know that the strength of our business lies in our quality candidates so we are totally committed to finding you the right role.
Will you help me prepare for interviews?
Absolutely! We will always brief you on what the client is looking for so you can bring out key elements in your background to match. We will provide you with useful information and advice on your interview prior to the appointment. This will help you feel well briefed and confident for your interview.
