Steve is an Executive Search and Selection recruitment consultant with many years experience gained in one of the UK's leading FM/Construction recruitment companies. Working on senior level appointments across the UK his professional CV includes placements in a variety of organisations across a number of job disciplines at senior level. He established Highstar Associates to deliver a higher quality of service and is now leading this company serving the FM and Support Services sectors.
Prior to headhunting he worked for BT Plc for many years where he was educated to degree level during a 5 year apprenticeship. He spent 16 years in manufacturing Quality Assurance including extended residencies at productions sites across the country and world travel to audit supplier's sites. He later moved into Marketing, Customer Services and more latterly Facilities Management where he spent 12 years. He was a leading FM figure within BT Cellnet when it demerged from BT becoming O2. He closed that chapter of his CV as Head of FM in 2004.
As an expert in FM and an experienced corporate client, he's built a credible network of contacts. Steve is extremely well positioned to resolve the Management recruiting needs of his clients.

Lynne Williams - Head of Research and Administration
Lynne started her working life as Executive PA to a VP of an American Bank where she was an expert in organisation and diplomacy. Moving into the Financial Services arena Lynne has worked for several large financial institutions including Sun Life of Canada, National & Provincial BS, and Halifax Plc as well as smaller Estate Agents chains but always in the field of mortgages, financial advice and planning. Well organised and thorough she is an asset to Highstar Associates with her organisation skills, attitude to service and commitment to "doing it properly".
